She also has extensive experience consulting at other independent schools, startups, and nonprofit organizations. She has dedicated her career to focus on growing reve

 Najah is an accomplished business and finance executive leader in the nonprofit sector working for organizations including St. James' Episcopal School and Vistamar School. She also has extensive experience consulting at other independent schools, startups, and nonprofit organizations. She has dedicated her career to focus on growing revenues, building relationships, developing facilities, and finding creative ways to design or implement new and attractive programming. Najah is an empathic and compassionate leader, a fierce supporter of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice, and believes that anyone is capable of learning to the highest levels if given the opportunity, representation, attention, and structure. She is an active member of the Southern California People of Color in Independent Schools board and is also a published children’s book author with three titles: "Brendon, the Second Child"; "Nothing Stops Laylah!"; and "Crah-ker not Cra-koh".  Najah holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature/Linguistics from Cal State Dominguez Hills, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Master’s degree in Forensic Accounting from the University of Scranton.

Larissa is an experienced business development leader with a passion for creating dynamic strategies that drive scalability, cross-functional collaboration, and meaningful employee engagement. Functionality in the mobility market, Postmates and HopSkipDrive, has been a focus of hers for the last 6 years. She is motivated by increasing the safety and security of all platform users, supply and demand, by leveraging both technology and operational policies. In addition to being well versed in the tech startup world, she has both VC and Angel fundraising experience. With a focus on culture and values, Larissa contributes to the overall health of organizational behavior and strives to create a safe work environment that encourages dialogue and open communication. She highly values diversity and inclusion in the workplace and believes those are vital aspects to building innovative and successful teams.

Elise brings over 25 years of expertise in finance and operations from start-ups, turnarounds, and multinational corporations. Recent projects include Upright Citizens Brigade, The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, and New Roads School at the Herb Alpert Educational Village. As the CFO, she guides stakeholders with forecasting, modeling, and strategic planning, as well as refining organizational structure, improving enterprise-wide operations, establishing procedures, and minimizing risk. Elise began her career in New York and Latin America at Citibank, Neuberger Berman, and American Ballet Theatre. She received her MBA from New York University, MS from The American University, and BS from San Diego State University.
